2026 yılı Avukatlık Asgari Ücret Tarifesi (AAÜT), hukuk dünyasında yeni bir dönemi başlatıyor. İşte AS Hukuk Bürosu uzmanlığında öne çıkan başlıklar:
Asgari Artış Oranı: Maktu ücretlerde (sabit ücretler) önceki yıla oranla yaklaşık %36 ile %50 arasında bir güncelleme yapıldı.
Temel Dava Ücretleri: Asliye Hukuk, Aile ve İş Mahkemelerindeki davalar için alt sınır 45.000 TL olarak belirlendi.
Ağır Ceza ve Savunma: En yüksek maktu artışlardan biri Ağır Ceza Mahkemelerinde görüldü; asgari ücret 65.000 TL'ye yükseldi.
Kira ve Tahliye: Antalya gibi kira uyuşmazlıklarının yoğun olduğu bölgeleri yakından ilgilendiren Sulh Hukuk davalarında asgari sınır 30.000 TL oldu.
Danışmanlık: Avukata sözlü danışma ücreti ilk 1 saat için 4.000 TL olarak güncellendi.
